Fusion Workforce Compensation - Hire Date Not Correct On Compensation Statement Generated by Different Users

Information in this document applies to any platform.
There were two compensation statements generated by two different users for the same employee, showing two different Hire Dates (one correct - 7/10/2017 and one incorrect, 7/9/2017).
Expected behavior was that the generated statements would contain the correct Hire Date, as seen on the worksheet column Hire Date, for all users generating the statements.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as manager, generate the compensation statement and see incorrect Hire Date, 7/9/2017.
2. Login as consultant, generate the same statement again and see correct Hire date, 7/10/2017.
3. Check the worksheet and see Hire Date is set as 7/10/2017 (correct).
