Not Able To View Planned Orders Uploaded By Planned Order Supply Import File-Based Data Import (FBDI) From Within Planning Central (Doc ID 2349728.1)

Goal

Records were loaded into MSC_ST_SUPPLIES tables using "Planned Order Supply Import" File-Based Data Import (FBDI) template.
Load program is successful and it launched collection job set.
Records are successfully inserted into MSC_ST_SUPPLIES table and no error messages are seen.
A Plan with "Refresh with Current Data" option was run. Plan is successful. But we couldn't see uploaded planned order in Planning Central supplies and demands.

Why is the planned order supply loaded successfully via FBDI not appearing in any search in Planning Central?
