When Creating Relationship New Added Roles Lookups Are Not Displayed (Doc ID 2349792.1)

When creating RELATIONSHIPS new lookups added to Roles Lov are not displayed.


In “Customer Data Management Dashboard” select “ - Manage Organizations” in Tasks then search for an existing Organization and Edit it. Then click on "Relationships" and click on + to Create a relationship.

In the Related Name select Contact or Account. In this case selected Contact. Now click on Roles lov, the new look up is not shown

New Look up was added as below:


FSM>Manage Relationship Lookups


Add new look up.
