User Gets System Error When Trying To View Revisions

On Unifier : Version 22.214.171.124
Expected Result: The user should be able to View and/or Download attachments from a Business Process without incident when clicking on the 'Revise' button and selecting 'View Revisions'.
Actual Result: The following error is returned: "The System could not process your request"
Steps to Reproduce:
- In any Business Process where the user can click on the 'Revise' button and select 'View Revisions'.
- Note the following Unifier Notification that is returned:
The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems.
