User Gets System Error When Trying To View Revisions (Doc ID 2349811.1)

Symptoms

On Unifier : Version 17.7.0.0

Expected Result: The user should be able to View and/or Download attachments from a Business Process without incident when clicking on the 'Revise' button and selecting 'View Revisions'.

Actual Result: The following error is returned: "The System could not process your request"

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. In any Business Process where the user can click on the 'Revise' button and select 'View Revisions'.
  2. Note the following Unifier Notification that is returned:

The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems.
