Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Contract Authoring

Request for information doesn't work from bell notification

When responding to a request for contract approval with a "Request for Information", the creator is not receiving inside the Bell notification the notificationrelatd to Comments added in "Request for Information" by the approver.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.contract approval email notification
2.user is receiving email for approval
3.click Request more information button
4.Clicking on Send
5.The creator is receiving in Work List the notification with the Comments added in "Request for Information",but not in Bell notification.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the "Request for Information" notification inside the Bell notification area.
