Line Items Created by CSV File Import Are Not Populating the Configurable Manager's Record Picker

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Some Configurable Manager Picker Data Element fields are not being auto-populated by way of CSV file import.
The fields which configured auto-population should be auto-populated with values as other fields.
This issue can be reproduced at will using the following steps:
- Login to Unifier.
- Navigate to the record which has the Configurable Manager Picker in the form.
- Export the Template.
- Add values in the CSV file.
- The import finishes successfully, all fields are populated with the exception of the Configurable Manager Picker.
