Order Release Allocation and Order Release Line Allocation in Order Release View Does Not Display All Costs Associated with the Shipment

Symptoms
Order Release line allocation records are missing from the display. After allocation for a single shipment is generated, not all the lines are displayed in the Order release allocation section but the information does exist in the allocation tables.
This issue impacts both Shipments that were migrated from an earlier OTM Version and Shipments that are newly allocated.
