WARN IDBridge - Organizational Unit Sync Failed (Doc ID 2350910.1)

Symptoms

Trying to sync users does not bring any user or group.

 

 

 

Each time we try to sync the following error is thrown in the logs:

 

2018-01-05 14:10:35,642 [6] ERROR IDBridge - Sending GET request to https://idcs-xxxxx.identity.oraclecloud.com/admin/v1/IdentitySources/xxxxxxxxxxx?attributes=syncTokens.
System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException: Request got cancelled.
2018-01-05 14:10:35,642 [6] WARN IDBridge - Organizational Unit Sync Failed.
