On : 11.12.1.1.0 version, Create Accounting

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Get following error when submitting "Post Subledger Journal Entries" program


Message:
xla.plsql.xla_transfer_pkg => 27-12-2017 09:09:51 GL Transfer end with errors. sqlerrm: ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Cost accounting should run successfully and transferred to GL

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to fusion Apps
2. Navigator>Create Accounting
