How to Remove "All Records I Can See" Search Options From Leads

Can we remove "All records I can see" from the search record set for a specific job role ? If so, how ?

Leads > Advanced Search
    Saved Search = My Open Leads
        Record Set [ Equals ] .... list of values includes :
                  Records I own
                  Records where I am on the team
                  ... etc ...
                  Records in my territory hierarchy
                  All records I can see
