ICD Approvals Are Failing When Element Input Validation Is Included (Doc ID 2351461.1)

On : version, Global Payroll

The ICD approval which was working fine is now failing with errors after the element input validation FF is included to the input value of the element.

the following error occurs.

The message is ORA-20001: An application error occurred. Details: The procedure pay_entry_pkg.run_iv_validation_formula failed at step 20. ORA-06512: at "FUSION.PAY_ELEMENT_ENTRY_API", line 415

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Approved the ICD
2. Only after adding the validation Formula the ICD approvals are Failing with Error.
Without Element input validation the ICD are getting approved after the approval is submitted.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot approved ICD
