Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to login to P6 Pro Cloud Connect
the following error occurs.
Error: Invalid login name or password. Please try again or choose Cancel to exit the application.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch P6 Pro, configured for the cloud environment
3. See error
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot login to P6 Pro for their cloud environment.
