On : 11.13.17.11.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After upgrade duplicate Saved Searches are available.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Saved Search should show only once

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Sign in to Sales Cloud
2) Navigate to Accounts
3) Click the Saved search picker
4) Notice the "All - Accounts" Saved search appears 7 times. This is not the case on R12  test where the search is not listed

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are confused from which saved search needs to be used as all have the same name
