Mandatory Data Disappears In List View Causing Error Messages

On : 11.13.17.11.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

CBRR-TEST: mandatory data disappears in list view causing error messages

when we open the account team (a custom object) landing page the data is displayed correctly. In a column the mandatory field "Product Responsibility" is visible. When we scroll down a record almost all values for this column disappear and an error message appears with multiple lines "You must select...".

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud
2. Navigate to Account teams custom object
3. Scroll down
4. Getting an error

Due to this issue, users cannot scroll down in the account team list
