Mandatory Data Disappears In List View Causing Error Messages (Doc ID 2351941.1)

mandatory data disappears in list view causing error messages

when open the account team (a custom object) landing page the data is displayed correctly. In a column the mandatory field "Product Responsibility" is visible. When scroll down a record almost all values for this column disappear and an error message appears with multiple lines "You must select...".

"You must select...".

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Sales Cloud
2. Navigate to Account teams custom object
3. Scroll down
4. Getting an error

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot scroll down in the account team list
