Symptoms
Error while downloading FTI reports to MS office
1. When downloading the FTI report in Excel 2003 - alignment is not correct.
2. When downloading the FTI reports in Excel 2007 - Date format is not correct ( it comes as #####)
3. FTI reports not able to download in Power Point 2003
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into OTM
2. Navigate to Fusion transportation Intelligence--> Dashboard --> Download reports
