Error: "No Locations Found" When Attempting to Find Locations in P6 Web (Doc ID 2352052.1)

Unable to Add 'Location'

Users are unable to locate a Location in P6 Web.

Inputting Longitude and Latitude does not yield a result when attempting to perform "Locate".

Please note that the Longitude and Latitude inputs have been input in various formats and degrees of detail, such as "37" or "37.777929", and both result in "No Locations Found".

For the Locate locations feature to work as expected.

Steps to Reproduce.

  1. Add the "Location" Column in Activities View of a project OR Navigate to Enterprise Data -> Global -> Location
  2. Select "Add" to add a new location
  3. Input appropriate information
  4. Select "Locate"
  5. Receive "No Locations Found"
