Unable To Download Large File From Document Manager

Symptoms

In the Unifier environment, a specific file (and only that file) can not be downloaded from a Document Manager folder. There is no error and the file download completes very quickly even though it is a large file (>3Gb). The resulting file is an empty file. When the file was uploaded to Document Manager, it uploaded without any error. Other average size files (10K to 500Mb) could be downloaded without a problem from the same folders.
