Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
For one manager, the amounts are being incorrectly calculated on the Summary Table.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The amounts and counts should reflect the correct amount for the manager.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Review the Summary Table for the manager
2. Look at the Number of workers listed and see that the amount shows 0
3. Look at the amounts showing for compensation and see that they are wrong as well

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
This is causing confusion for the manager in question.
