Goal

When setting up a schedule for an ESS process , users would like to receive a notification when the schedule has reached its end date. Users do not want a notification each time the scheduled process completes (i.e. every time the process is run as part of the schedule) . The notification should be sent just when the schedule ends (i.e. at the point that no further processes will be scheduled).
