When attempting to setup Transmission Configuration for payments, creating the client private key, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Error: The wallet file or the wallet file path is invalid. (IBY-825218)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance. Click the Financials offering.
2. Click Setup.
3. In the Functional Areas panel, click Payments > Manage Transmission Configurations.
4. In the Search Results region, select 'Secure File Transfer Protocol for Static File Names' from the Select Protocol field drop down.
5. Click the Create button.
6. In the Configuration field, enter a new Transmission Configuration.
7. Click Save and Close.
