Message Filter is Not Working Properly

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
ENGAGE - Message filter is not working properly.

User filters Engage messages by 'unread' messages but sees 'read' messages in the results.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Read messages do not appear in folder when 'unread' filter is applied.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Visit Engage > Column > Make column selection All Channels, all labels, all dates, all assignments > apply > visit filter drop down: inbox (or archived), oldest to newest, unread > Apply > read messages appear in results.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot rely on filter by unread messages.
