Item Extended Attributes (EFFs) Are Not Displayed in Fusion Product Development (Doc ID 2352782.1)

Symptoms

EFF Attributes are not appearing in the General Information tab of an item in Product Development after upgrading to Release 17D (13.17.11) and the "Item Extended Attributes" heading is no longer visible in the Product Development settings work area

* Item Attribute Group and Attributes are created
* Attribute Group is added to the Item Class

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Product Management -> Product Development
  2. Open right task pane and select Mange Items
  3. Search for and open an Item
