Goal

The user has 2 elements and below is the UOM defined:
a) Violation or Penalty Deductions
  Input Value: Violation Penalty Hours
  UOM : Hours expressed as a Numeric value
(Attached the data with live examples)

b) Quality Violation Deduction
Input Value: Quality Violation Hours
  UOM : Hours and minutes expressed as numeric values

Please provide the data format for these 2 inputs that needs to be given in the PBL file while loading.
