Error When Trying to Delete a Career Section: [The Action Cannot Be Completed] (Doc ID 2353036.1)

Goal

When trying to delete a career section, receive the following error: 

The action cannot be completed.

You cannot delete a Career section that has one or more jobs posted on them.

OR

The structure element to be deleted has data associated to it. An alternate structure to which the system can associate the data must be provided.
