Virus Protection Prevent All Content and Experience Cloud (CEC) Installations (Doc ID 2353221.1)

Symptoms

The user in this case is using a new virus protection tool. The virus protection has been set to ignore the desktop sync files, but it will not stop removing the exe and dll files from the sync folder. In fact the user is having trouble even when the virus protection has been disabled. The user must remove the virus protection to get a functioning CEC sync manager on the workstation.  The setup includes Windows 10 Professional and CEC sync manager 17.4.3.
