Using the Oracle Content and Experience Cloud Service Desktop Sync Manager, the user put some files in the oracle folder and saw the Oracle folder showing the blue syncing action icon and then the green checks appeared next to the each file, but when the user looks on-line the files are not there. Going back to the Desktop Sync folder, the user sees the green checks by all of the files and folders.

The user decided to restart the Desktop Sync Manager, but after logging-out, the user was unable to log-in again without having to reset the password and rebooting the workstation. Once the workstation has restarted, the Desktop Sync Manager started working again and the user noted that the green check marks were no longer showing. The user restarted the sync and the content appeared to sync and the green check marks again appeared next to all the content. This time, the content appeared on-line as well.
