Symptoms

The best direct cost is not getting calculated but when planning bulk plan/direct plan rates are considered and the correct cost is returned.

1. Order Mgmt -> Order Release -> Select the Order
2. Actions -> Order Management -> Calculate Best Direct Cost -> Buy
3. Returns Order Release with Best Cost of 0 HUF
