Accounts and Dashboard icons are not under Sales (Doc ID 2353411.1)

Goal

Issue:
1. The Accounts and Dashboard icons are not under Sales. They are by themselves on the Fusion Desktop (they should be under Sales):
2. If you click on Sales icon, the Accounts and Dashboard icons are not on top row:
3. Accounts and Dashboard are also not listed under Structure > Sales:
4. In the Navigator, the Accounts and Dashboard links are not under Sales, but are standalone icons. They should be under Sales.

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Accounts and Dashboard should be under Sales.
