When trying to create or open a quote in CPQ from OSC a blank iFrame appears (Doc ID 2353532.1)

Users of the OSC (Oracle Sales Cloud) platform, which is integrated with CPQ, are complaining about not being able to access previously created CPQ quotes and/or create new ones.

The behavior can be reproduced as following:
1. Login to OSC
2. Open an Opportunity and then a CPQ transaction
3. Minimize the browser (Chrome) and wait longer than 60 min to have both OSC and CPQ sessions expired
4. Log back into OSC, try to open a CPQ quote
5. Get blank page

The error in the browser console is:

"Mixed Content: The page at 'https://<SITENAME><PARAM>' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure resource 'http://<SITENAME><PARAM>'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS."
