Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, UK Payroll

When attempting to run a test FPS for January 2018, the following error occurs.

Value of Statutory Maternity Pay YTD must be zero for HMRC Payroll ID NNNNNN and employee First Name Last Name.
A system error occurred during processing. Your help desk was notified.
A system error ORA-20001: Value of Statutory Maternity Pay YTD must be zero for HMRC Payroll ID NNNNNN and employee First Name Last Name. ORA-06512: at "FUSION.HRX_GB_FPS_ARCH", line 330 ORA-06512: at line 1 ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SQL",

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
· Regulatory and Tax or Payroll Checklist – Submit a Process or Report
· Select GB and Run Full Payment Submission for Tax Year Ending April 2018
· Click Next
· Payroll Flow =
· Payroll Statutory Unit =
· Tax Reporting Unit = blank
· Payroll =
· Prepayment =
· Submission Type = Test
· Report HMRC Payroll ID Migration Change = no
· Final Submission = No
· Other fields are not required
· Click Submit
· Click Ok and View Checklist
· Click refresh arrows
