Unable To Update Periods Mappings In Data Management

The user unable to update the period mapping for Jan-18 in Application Mapping set-up. Global Mapping has been updated for Jan-18. However, when they trying to add Jan-18 in Application mapping, the drop-down list does not include Jan-18.
As a result of this issue, the user unable to update Data Management with Oracle GL Data for Jan-18.
