Fusion Global HR: Is it Possible to Have Validation Checking for All Fields When Something is Changed in Manage Employment

Goal

Is it possible to enable validation checking, which will check that everything about the employment record is valid, after there has been a change to manage employment?

At this time, the current behavior is that if there is a change to manage employment, the field where the change was made will be validated. However fields that are not changed, are not validated. So for example, the current behaviour is:-

Employee is hired into LocationX in Date1
In Date2, LocationX is marked as invalid
In Date3, a change is made to the employee's record (eg. manager change), only the manager is changing, so only the manager field is validated.
There is no check on the location field at this time.
This means that the employee's location is invalid, but it is not checked.
However, if a brand new employee is hired, LocationX is not a valid choice
