Alert '504 Gateway Time-Out' When Users Click on the Attachment Tab in a Business Process Log (Doc ID 2354442.1)

Symptoms

When users click on the attachment tab in the Business Process log, the attachments do not display.

The spinning circle displays and eventually they receive a '504 Gateway Time-Out' error.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login as any user
  2. Navigate to the applicable Business Process log
  3. Click once on the affected record to select it
  4. Click on the Attachments button

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view attachments in the log.
