Does Order Management and Pricing allow the freeze price flag at to be set at line level when importing orders through either:

2. Using the order creation web service

The customer has described and motivated the Enhancement Request as:

1. When importing sales orders either via FBDI or Web Service, we have 2 options to either have the price in the import or let the system price. We cannot have a mix of lines where 1 has price in the import file and another is priced in the system. That is causing issues with all our external import systems where after load the business needs to adjust price on lines imported with a price.
2. We need the ability to set the Freeze Price flag at the line level so we can import lines with mixed pricing pattern. Additionally, we need the ability to override the Freeze Price flag on each line if needed, controlled by roles preferably.
3.  Enabling the freeze price flag at line level (for manual and imported lines) and allow access to the functionality via roles.
