Information in this document applies to any platform.
After stopping the instance from the cloud portal, the compute node is down, but the status of the instance is stuck with status "Service Maintenance".
Checking on compute, the node name is not seen in the instance list, so that means that the instance is stopped, however it doesn't show the hand to start the node.
