How Do I Send A Bell Notification When (Assigned To) Is Populated In A Service Request? (Doc ID 2354617.1)

 If the [assigned to] of the service request is populated, the customer wants to send a bell notification to user specified in the [Assigned to] field. Bell notifications are displayed at the top of the home screen.
