Goal

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Global Human Resources

Why is the user Account Status is Active for all Terminated Employees?

Employee is terminated. User account status in UI is inactive. There are no roles assigned to the user in Security Console.
Did a query in BI against PER_USERS table and field ACTIVE_FLAG is set to 'Y'.
