Profile Management: Rating Level Discrepancies On Content Item (Doc ID 2354730.1)

User has changed the Description for some Rating Levels, through "Manage Profile Rating Models".
However, when they edit the Content Item and click on "Review Proficiency Description", the Rating Level Description still shows the older value.

The expectation is to have the Proficiency Description in sync with the Rating Level Description from Rating Model.
