Symptoms

Crediting process has been running for more than a day.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Crediting process should finish.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Submit "Run All Transaction Processes" with date range 2017-07-01 to 2018-06-30  ( a year date range )
1. It submitted Run Classify Credits and completed.
2. Currently running Crediting
