On : 11.13.17.11.0 version, Set Up Benefits
R13 - Change Existing Program from rates at LE to LDG
How to convert an existing Benefit Program from rates at LE to rates at LDG level.
When attempt to change it at the plan level, get the following error:
You cannot make updates to the rate level. (BEN-991197)
The plan is already associated with a program configured at a different level, or may already have existing rates defined.
When changing it at the program level, get the following error:
A program with a rate at level Legislative Data Group cannot have plans with a rate defined at level Legal Employer. (BEN-991198)
