How to Change the Display Name of OSN Users (Doc ID 2355134.1)

How to change the Display Name of a user who only has an Oracle Social Network (OSN) account and is not an Oracle Sales Cloud user?  In previous releases, this could be done with "Manage User", but this no longer appears to work.
