Manage Items Screen Not Accessible After Upgrade to Release 13

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When trying to open the Manage Items page, the browser freezes and no further actions can be taken. The browser has to be re-opened.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Manage Item Page would open

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Login to Fusion Application
2. Select Product Management -> Product Information Management
3. Open right task pane and select Manage Items
