Manage Items Screen Blank or Not Accessible (Doc ID 2355217.1)

When trying to open the Manage Items page, the browser freezes or page is balank and no further actions can be taken. The browser has to be re-opened.

The Manage Items Page should open

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Login to Fusion Application
2. Select Product Management > Product Information Management
3. Open right task pane and select Manage Items
4. See the browser freezes or page is blank
