Symptoms
Miscellaneous Rates Conditional Logic on Compensation Change Statements is not working.
Steps
1. Access the Compensation Worksheet
2. Give employee a value than 0 to Miscellaneous Rate 1 Component 5
3. Generate the statement in question
4. Value shows 0 instead of entered value from worksheet
