Scheduled Report Generated on Wrong Date (Doc ID 2355240.1)

Symptoms

Scheduled reports could be generated on the wrong date than expected if the user who scheduled the report is set to a different time zone than the server.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. On a site that is on 2017 R1 or later, schedule a monthly report with a user that has a different time zone, such as UTC +10
  2. The email will be sent delayed by one day. For example, if the user scheduled to generate and sent the report at 15:00 UTC on December 31st 2017, she/he will get the email at the same time on January 1st 2018.
