Users Not Receiving Invite Notification Emails

Symptoms

On : NA version, Workflow and Automation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Users invited to SRM have not received notification emails

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Invited users should get email notification with login links as an invitation email

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to SRM > Workflow and Automation > Users
2. Click on Invite Users
3. Enter users email and give desired role and click on Send.
4. Verify if the user has received email notification.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot be invited to SRM and use SRM.
