Symptoms

Currently  Person Real time subject area, it is possible to view either the employee's GLOBAL name, or their LOCAL name.
It is not possible to view both at the same time.

The local name is created on the New Hire UI - when the name is entered, the user can enter both global and local names.

The customer requirement is to create an OTBI report that displays both the employee's English name (Global) and their Hebrew name (local) on the same report.
