How to Add a Missing Country to Geographies Manually

Goal

While creating Customers in Fusion , we found that Country Code "SX" is not in the list of values.
We have few customer records for this country code.
They also do not see this country when searching in Manage Geographies.

SX = Sint Maarten, which used to be a part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, but became an autonomous country on October 10, 2010.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should be able to create a customer that lives in Sint Maarten. That country should be available in country LOV in the UI and in Manage Geographies.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log on to SCM.
2. Navigator > Receiveables > Billing
3. In right side menu select "create customer"
4. SX is not available in the country drop down.
