ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Publish Oops Error

Users encountered error when attempting to access Publish.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Publish dashboard loads when user logs into SRM and navigates to Publish dashboard.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Visit srm.vitrue.com > home page > toggle to Publish > dashboard throws error message: 500: "Oops"

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access Publish tool.
