Free Trial cloud Account Service Is Inaccessible

Information in this document applies to any platform.
On the free trial account after trying to use customized database version of 11gR2 to create a standard edition database.
the service is inaccessible on : https://myservices-tapanksaha2018.console.oraclecloud.com/mycloud/faces/dashboard.jspx
Initially created 2 databases using Standard template and Enterprise Edition Extreme performance templates.
They were successful. However, when I tried to create a instance using custom options, it started troubling and finally became inaccessible. This all happened around 6 hours back.
The free trial service page is inaccessible
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access the free trial service page https://myservices-tapanksaha2018.console.oraclecloud.com/mycloud/faces/dashboard.jspx
2. Create a customised database instance and then try to access the services
