Free Trial cloud Account Service Is Inaccessible

On the free trial account after trying to use customized database version of 11gR2 to create a standard edition database.
the service is inaccessible on :

Initially created 2 databases using Standard template and Enterprise Edition Extreme performance templates.
They were successful. However, when I tried to create a instance using custom options, it started troubling and finally became inaccessible. This all happened around 6 hours back.

The free trial service page is inaccessible

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access the free trial service page
2. Create a customised database instance and then try to access the services
