Taleo Error Message Telling You to Contact the Help Desk

Error occurring when accessing the number of candidates against a requisition within Fluid View

Customer is presented with the candidate list.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access xxxxxxx.taleo.net
2. Open Fluid View
3. Go to Recruiting ; click on candidates number on the requisition
4. The following error appears -> Please exit the application and open a new session. Please contact your internal company help desk if your company has one. Otherwise, for any problem with the Taleo application, please log an incident through Oracle Support. In your incident, please describe the problem in detail (circumstances and actions leading up to the error). If you do not have access to Oracle Support, please contact your Taleo system administrator. enterprise@ xxxxxxx.taleo.net (nnnnnnnnnn)

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are presented with an error every time the candidate number on the requisition is used. This is affecting all users.


 V17 was applied, and Fluid Recruiting was being used.
